STUDIO POLICIES

1.0 General Studio Etiquette
​
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up and settle.​
- No shoes to be worn in studios 1 and 2; socks/bare feet welcome.
- Switch mobile phones to silent and avoid using them during the class.
- Respect fellow clients by keeping conversations low and the studio environment calm.​​

2.0 Booking and Cancellations
​
​- Classes must be booked in advance through via our website, LegitFit, or ClassPass.
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for refund.
- Waitlist clients will be notified by email or text if a spot becomes available.
- Private sessions must be rescheduled at least 72 hours before the appointment.

3.0 Payments & Packages
​
​- All classes and packages must be paid in advance to secure your spot.
- Class packs are non-refundable and valid for either 6, 8 or 10 weeks from the purchase date depending on the package.
- Memberships work on a recurring payment and must be cancelled with a months notice.
- Discounts or promotional offers cannot be combined unless specified.

4.0 Health & Safety
​
- New clients must complete a health questionnaire before their first session.
- Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class.
- Please wipe down mats and equipment after use with the provided cleaning products.​
​
5.0 Attire & Equipment
​
- Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows movement and lets instructors check alignment.
- Grip socks are required for all reformer Pilates classes for safety.
- All necessary equipment is provided; you may bring your own mat if preferred.

6.0 Class Conduct
​
- Follow your instructor’s guidance and work within your own limits.
- Notify the instructor if you feel discomfort or need modifications.
- Be respectful of group energy and avoid disruptive behaviour.

7.0 Children & Guests
​
- Classes are for clients aged 16+ unless otherwise stated.
- For safety reasons, children and non-participating guests are not permitted in the studio space.

8.0 Privacy & Data Protection
​​
- Personal information is kept secure and confidential in line with UK GDPR.
- Photos or videos may not be taken during class without prior permission.​
- Occasionally, the studio may use photos for marketing (with consent).​​
