All mats and equipment are provided. If you prefer, you’re welcome to bring your own mat. Water is available for free from the hydration station. Please bring grip socks.
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your class starts. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and prepare any equipment you need. If it’s your first visit, please arrive early so we can show you around the studio and discuss any health or movement needs before class begins.
We advise you to wear comfortable activewear to all classes. Grip socks MUST be worn for reformer classes for safety purposes. Bare feet or socks can be worn in all other classes.
Yes, you may bring your phone into the class with you. However, we do ask that all phones be placed on silent and that they are not used once the class has begun to ensure the best experience for all our clients.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for the class you will not be permitted and will not be eligible for a refund.
We are based at Unit 9 Norton street, Salford, M3 7NW.
There is plenty of parking option on and around Norton Street, including Greengate Car Park, Euro Car Parks - Norton Street, and Euro Car Parks - Duke Street. All car parks are less than a minute walk from the studio.
